Work permit

In order to work in Norway, you will need a work permit. Applications for work permit can be submitted at the nearest Norwegian Embassy or consulate, and will then be forwarded to UDI for processing.

There are different types of work permits depending on the type of work you will carry out in Norway. For a complete list, see the Norwegian Immigration Authorities' list of Residence Permits
